Q3: What is the compatibility of the network card?
A3: For desktop PC only. Support Windows 10 64-bit OS and 6GHz WiFi6E Band（Compatible with WiFi6e router working at 6GHz）. Maximum speed specification is 5374Mbps（2400Mbps at 6GHz, 2400Mbps at 5GHz and 574Mbps at 2.4GHz）. A router of 5374Mbps or above can maximize the performance of the PCIe wifi adapter.
Q4：WiFi speed can not reach 2400Mbps at 6GHz/ 5GHz? Unable to recognize or slow wifi speed after using for a period of time?
A4：You can try different things by swapping out different pcie slots pcie×16 is available. It has nothing to do with the quality of this adapter when you can't get the maximum speed. The network environment, router, barriers, laptop and PC 's internal memory…the interference of many factors can affect the speed.

A1: Please connect the USB 9-pin cable（Black） that comes with the package to the USB 9-pin interface on the Motherboard. The White end connects to the pcie adapter socket. Then install the Bluetooth driver.
